Meal planner

This free, Google Sheets-based tool removes the time and guesswork from meal planning by providing a meal planning template, crowd-sourced recipes, and auto-calculating an itemized grocery list. Watch this short tutorial to get started.

Meal Planner_TEMPLATE

Instructions are included in the orange cells at the top of the spreadsheet. In summary:


1) Make an edit-able copy of the sheet template by clicking here (you will need a free Google account).

2) Choose a start date to generate a two-week long meal planner template.

3) Choose recipes for each date/meal/course as-needed. You can choose from pre-existing recipes in the database or manually write-in your own. You can add them to the database later for inclusion in itemized grocery calculator.

4) Choose the number of adult and child servings for each meal.

5) Find your itemized grocery list. Any recipes in your planner that aren't in the database yet w
